Mobwar forbids any individuals from using spam or any misuse of the internet to accelerate their Mobwar account. Mobwar considers but not limiting to, the following to be a forms of Spam and therefore prohibited:

Personal solicitations posted on chat rooms or passed via instant messaging devices to groups, or a mass number of individuals.

Email messages that are sent to individuals with content referring to Mobwar, sent to recipients the sender does not have a personal relationship with, or permission.

Postings on message boards that consist of unrelated content referring to Mobwar in any way. Posting of mass amounts of messages referring at any level to Mobwar.com.

Distributing flyers or other physical advertisement on private property or other property where it is prohibited.

Report Abuse Please contact Mobwar if you have suspicions of an individual spamming.

Mobwar.com holds the right at any time to take the following actions against any users of our website:

Terminatinos of Member Account - Mobwar may terminate at any time a user's account. Mobwar may also at any time prohibit an individual from any future membership.
Suspension of Member Account - Mobewar may at any time suspend as users's account, or lift an already inflicted suspension.
