to play
The purpose of mobwar is to develop your character
by gaining power and earning money. You can enhance
the capabilities of your character by purchasing items
at the shop and battling with other players. The monster,
gangster and pop star with the most money at the end
of the round wins!
How do I gain power? Every time
someone clicks on your secret link, your character
will gain power. Try placing your secret link somewhere
people will see it; such as in your profile, away
message, or a web page.
How do I earn money? There are 2
ways your character can make money. Every hour your
character will make money based on your power. The
more power you have, the more money you will make
every hour. You can also make money by actively attacking
other players.
How do I win the game? The monster,
gangster and pop star with the most money at the end
of the round will win.
Attacking

The purpose of attacking other players is to steal
their money. You can purchase items at the shop with
the money your character has earned to aid you in
battle.
How often can I attack another player?
You will receive one attack every hour. These attacks
can be used at any time, and will not expire until
the end of the round. You can use up to 10 attacks
at one time while attacking another player. The more
attacks you use, the more money you will steal if
you win.
How is my (attack/defense) damage determined?
Your damage is based on your character's power and
the items you have purchased from the shop. Other
factors such as class bonuses and Clan assistance
may come into play.
How do know if someone attacked me?
There will be a message saying "You have been
attacked!" will be displayed when you log in.
You can view the details of the attack on your character
by checking the attack log.
What is an attack message? When
you make an attack you can communicate with the player
you are attacking with an attack message. Your brief
message may include the reason you attacked them or
a taunting message telling him not to mess with you!
Your message will be displayed in the attacker log
of the player you attacked.

What do I do with my money? Buy
items or save it. Items will help you throughout the
game by giving you special powers, attack bonuses,
defense bonus, and money bonuses. These bonuses can
help you accumulate more money during the game. Keep
in mind that the player with the most money at the
end of the game will win, so you need to decide the
best time to buy items and when to sell them.
Can I sell items I no longer want?
Yes, items in good condition can be sold back to the
store for 80% of the original price. Damaged items
can be sold back for a reduced amount, depending on
how badly they are damaged.
What is the purpose of the bank?
The bank is a safe holding place for your money, where
it can not be stolen from attacks. For example, if
you are trying to save up for a nice item you can
use the bank to keep your money safe. You are allowed
one deposit daily up to a maximum of 25% of the money
you have earned. You can withdraw your money anytime.
What is the casino? The casino is
a place where you can have some fun and make some
money while waiting for attack turns. Place your bets
wisely, you can win or loose a lot of money at the
casino!

How do I join a Clan? You must receive
an invitation to join a Clan. You can request an invitation
by talking to the Clan leaders. If you are invited
to join a Clan it will appear in your "Clan Invitation"
log. Here you can accept or deny the invitation. If
you accept, you will now be part of that Clan and
your invitation log will no longer be available.
How do I create my own Clan? To
create a Clan, you must purchase a "Clan Headquarters"
from the shop. Once you have this item, it will allow
you to create and manage your own Clan.
What advantage is there for being in a Clan?
When you make an attack or get attacked, there is
a chance that one of your Clan members will come to
your aide. As a Clan, you will also have access to
the Clan hit list, a list of players that the Clan
wants to be attacked for one reason or another. This
is a powerful defense mechanism against other players
that attack you.

When exactly does the round end?
The round ends at 12AM MIDNIGHT EST on the last day
of the month. Make sure to sell any items you want
to cash in for money before this time!
What happens when the round is over?
When the round is over prizes will be sent out to
the winners and all characters will be reset for the
start of the next round. Everything on your character
will be reset except for your followers that had a
power greater then 0. You can continue to use your
character and the same special link for the next rounds
game. If you do not play your character for a full
round, your character will be deleted.
How do I know if I won the game?
We will email the winners with instructions on how
to redeem their prize. If your email address is not
valid, there will be no way to redeem your prize if
you have won!
How do I change my characters class?
The only way to change your class is to start over
by creating a new character. You can create a new
character in the "Edit Preferences" page.
Your current character will be removed! Only your
permanent upgrades, points, profile, and preferences
will carry over.
My friend clicked my secret link 3 times,
but I only got credit once... You secret
link will only work on the same person ONCE per 24
hours. After the 24 hours are up you can send the
secret link back to your friend and you will get credit
if they click on it again.
What do you mean by Direct and 2nd Level
referrals? When someone clicks on your secret
link, they will be given the opportunity to create
a character of their own. If they do, they become
a Direct refe
