Mobwar.com does not warrant that the Intellectual Property will meet any of the User's needs or that performance of Mobwar.com's Content will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Mobwar.com is not responsible for any content provided by third parties including:
- Advertisers,
- Third party sites that are linked to/from Mobwar.com
- Mobwar’s users and members
Members and users of Mobwar.com may have access to certain non-public information of Mobwar.com. User agrees not to disclose any non-public information to any third parties or to use any non-public information for any purposes except to carry out its purpose for being published. All subscribers to Mobwar.com’s services authorize Mobwar.com, its associates, and affiliates the right to use a subscriber’s email address to promote programs for marketing or for any other reason Mobwar.com sees as necessary.
Mobwar.com right to sell user information does not imply that user information is sold.
Subscribers authorize Mobwar.com, its associates, affiliates the right to sell their email address to any persons or companies.
Users shall hold Mobwar.com unaccountable for any damages, claims and awards brought against Mobwar.com, including Mobwar.com's legal and expert fees. Users shall not enter into any settlement without Mobwar.com's consent. Mobwar.com’s consent for such an occurrence will not be unreasonably withheld.
Mobwar.com will not be liable for any reason of any failure or delay in performance.
The term and conditions of this Document will begin when a user initiates or uses any service offered by Mobwar.com and will continue thereafter. Mobwar.com at any time and for any reason it deems fit may terminate or change the agreement stated. Any use of Mobwar.com signifies the users understanding of this document and everything it explains.
Users agree not to sell any form of Mobwar.com intellectual property or non-public information.
